It’s our white glove furniture delivery service that sets us apart. Since 2012, we’ve been treating client homes as thoughtfully as we treat our furniture.
Our president is an expat so we –really– understand the challenges of living in transition. We strive to make your temporary abode feel like home.
In 2022, we became a proudly employee-owned company. Our highly responsive team of employee owners has 65 years of combined experience delivering, assembling, and installing furniture and décor. We expect to be furnishing homes for many years to come.

Will my furniture be setup prior to my arrival?
Absolutely! That’s the whole point of what we do to make you feel at home. Ensure you complete our Key Release form and Permission to Enter form, and we’ll be cleared to enter your home to setup your furnishings for your planned arrival.

Will I own the furniture after my final payment?
Nope, rental is a convenient and sustainable way to furnish your home without the hassle or capital outlay of purchasing your own furniture. We collect our furniture when you’re done.
What is the minimum rental length?
We require a minimum rental period of 90 days. After that, we don’t mind how long you rent it. In fact, we build a discount into our pricing to make long-term rental affordable. 12 months or longer? That’s the sweetest deal.
How do I pay for my lease?
You provide a payment method – debit card | credit card | electronic check – and we run the payment each month for you, so you don’t need to remember to do it.
Is a credit check or security deposit required?
Absolutely! Afterall we’re providing like-new furnishings to make you feel at home. We run a credit check and we require a security deposit equivalent to 1-months’ rent. Don’t let that stop you though. We’ve worked with clients before by increasing the security deposit if their credit score wasn’t great. The security deposit is used to cover damages or excessive wear and tear of the furniture and is returned to you 30 days after you return the goods. It cannot be used to settle your final payment.
When my lease expires is the pickup scheduled automatically?
Nope! Come on, we know life happens. If you don’t send us a pickup request, we assume you are staying on, and allow the lease to continue on a month-to-month basis.
Request your pickup at least 15 days before the lease expires. We get to work, cancelling the lease and scheduling a pickup at your convenience. You don’t even need to be there! Again, with those forms you completed giving us access, we can take care of it without you. You do you. We do everything else.
What proof is needed for the student and intern package?
Simple. Send a scan or image of your valid student ID or letter from your employer if you’re an intern.
